This is to inform everyone that we have added a new clause to the Immortal Cafe Showdown Rules and Regulations.

This amendment was made due to unfortunate circumstances that a member from one of the participating teams will not be able to make it to the tournament finals scheduled on March 26, 2011 at SM Manila Cyberzone due to personal reasons. Also, we have decided on this because we understand that since these players are coming from far away regions, that there will always be a possibility of an issue arising at a most unfortunate time.

Therefore, with all reasons above being said, we are adding the following stipulation to the Event Rules and Regulations:

Both Finalists may submit a maximum of one (1) substitute player and may replace at most (1) character for the finals.

• If two (2) or more players may not make the competition, the competition will still proceed with one (1) team handicapped.

We hope the community does not confuse this as bias or any form of partiality from the GMs and the Head Judge of this tournament. We merely exercised our rule that &ldquoTournament rules may be changed at any point as the GMs see fit.”

Let it be known that this decision was made to provide the community of a fun and enjoyable event and experience for all that will be coming this March 26, 2011 at the SM North Edsa Cyberzone.
